With regular use, Purifying Toner has the right combination of oil and crud busting ingredients to help clear troubled skin and balance oil production. With NO drying ingredients or chemicals, this toner releases blackheads and debris trapped in the pores by softening them, allowing them to dissolve and look less apparent. This is also great to use before and after doing gentle extractions of blackheads or whiteheads, since it will make extraction easier, calm redness and treat bacteria in the pores. May be used on cotton and wiped over the face or affected areas of the body, or massage a few drops into your skin, concentrating on congested areas, and leave on.
